Arcadis is seeking a Sector Portfolio Leader for Internet & Software Clients in the Americas. You will support the Regional Sector Executive, strengthen client relationships, and help execute portfolio and sector strategies across Tier 3 accounts.

You will mentor managers, drive revenue and profitability targets, and participate in client business planning and market events to elevate Arcadis as a leading thought leader in this space.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across global teams and client portfolios.
• Ability to translate client priorities into portfolio strategies.
• Strong negotiation and pricing strategy capabilities.
• Experience growing client relationships and mentoring others.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sector ExecutiveAmericas to drive portfolio strategy.
• Assist Client Portfolio Managers in executing sector strategy with Tier 3 accounts.
• Lead in developing annual client business plans and manage pipeline.
• Represent Arcadis at events to strengthen market visibility and thought leadership.
• Mentor Client Portfolio Managers and Account Leaders in portfolio strategy and people management.
• Ensure portfolio financial performance meets targets (NOI, NR, cash, margin).
