Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Account Leader for our Software & Internet sector in the US. This role focuses on managing client experience, driving growth within the existing portfolio, and hitting portfolio margin targets.

You will build long-term relationships with Software & Internet clients to maximize retention and expansion, delivering design, construction, and engineering services across data centers, offices, logistics facilities, and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management or client management within professional services.
• Ability to grow relationships and increase wallet share across services.
• Strong financial awareness: pricing, costs, margins, NOI.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth within Software & Internet client portfolio through portfolio performance and commercial levers.
• Increase share of wallet using existing services for Software & Internet clients.
• Forecast Software & Internet client and portfolio workload; determine pursuit teams and approvals.
