Arcadis seeks a Sector Portfolio Leader for Internet & Software Clients in the Americas. You will support the Regional Sector Executive, drive portfolio strategy, and mentor client managers to grow NOI and client value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Internet & Software client portfolios in the Americas.
• Proven ability to shape pricing models balancing competitiveness and profitability.
• Strong market awareness to translate client priorities into strategic plans.
• Demonstrated leadership across complex, global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sector Executive to drive portfolio strategy and market visibility.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 Account Managers to strengthen client relationships and NOI/NR.
• Guide annual Client business plans and portfolio targets (NOI, cash, margin).
• Represent Arcadis as a thought leader at events and with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor Client Portfolio Managers and Account Leaders in portfolio strategy and people management.
• Develop account management capabilities and identify career pathways.
• Ensure portfolio performance aligns with financial targets and strategic goals.
