Job summary

Arcadis in the United States seeks a Sector Portfolio Leader for Internet & Software Clients in Americas to support the Regional Sector Executive by shaping strategy and increasing client impact. You will mentor Client Portfolio Managers, work with Account Leaders, and drive portfolio performance across NOI, NR, and cash targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience with Internet & Software clients in the Americas.
• Strong pricing strategy, margin optimization, and risk management.
• Ability to interpret client priorities, sector trends, and competition.
• Experience leading in complex, global organizations with cross-geography alignment.
• Excellent client engagement, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record mentoring Client Portfolio Managers and Account Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sector Executive Americas to drive Portfolio strategy.
• Assist Client Portfolio Managers in executing Sector strategy with Tier 3 client accounts.
• Help develop annual Client business plans with Portfolio Managers and Account Leaders.
• Attend events to strengthen Arcadis brand awareness in the market.
• Present Arcadis as a thought leader to clients in the Portfolio.
• Manage stakeholder relationships for key clients and monitor portfolio performance.
• Align targets (NOI, NR, cash, margin) with Sector goals and pursue new commercial models.
• Mentor and guide Portfolio Managers and Account Leaders on strategy and people development.
• Identify career pathways and build account management capability within the team.
