Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Account Leader for the Software & Internet Industry in the United States. You will manage client experience, drive growth within the existing portfolio, and achieve portfolio margin targets across Software & Internet.

You’ll build long-term relationships and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver sustainable design and engineering services. Key responsibilities include forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and pursuing new commercial models while mentoring the account team to

• Experience in account management or client management within professional services (AEC or related).
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and increase share of wallet.
• Strong financial acumen including pricing, cost of sales, and margins.
• Forecasting experience and collaboration with delivery teams.
• Experience handling client escalations with sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership that drives accountability and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive organic growth within the Software & Internet client portfolio through oversight of performance and commercial levers.
• Increase share of wallet through existing service offerings for Software & Internet clients.
• Forecast workload and portfolio, approve pursuits, maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Build strong client relationships, own client experience, satisfaction, retention, and escalations.
• Lead client reviews and internal portfolio discussions; ensure margins meet targets.
• Identify opportunities for new or enhanced service offerings and new commercial models.
• Mentor account team members and foster an inclusive working environment.
