Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Sector Portfolio Leader for Internet & Software Clients in the Americas. This role supports the Regional Sector Executive, elevates Arcadis visibility, and guides Tier 3 client accounts to strengthen relationships and improve NOI/NR across the portfolio.

You will help develop account strategies, mentor managers, and pursue new commercial models while aligning with sector targets and client goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience with Internet & Software clients in the Americas.
• Strong financial acumen for pricing, margin optimization and risk management.
• Advanced client insights to interpret priorities, sector trends and competition.
• Proven ability to lead across global, non-hierarchical organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional Sector Executive Americas to drive Portfolio strategy.
• Assist Client Portfolio Managers in executing Sector strategy with Tier 3 accounts.
• Help develop annual Client business plans and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Attend events to strengthen Arcadis brand awareness in the market.
• Mentor Client Portfolio Managers and Account Leaders in portfolio strategy.
