Job summary

Arcadis, a world-leading design, engineering and consultancy, seeks a Sector Portfolio Leader for Internet & Software Clients in the Americas. You will support the Regional Sector Executive, strengthen client relationships, and help execute the Americas Sector/Portfolio Strategy.

You will mentor Portfolio Managers, drive strategic client plans, and pursue new commercial models to improve NOI and cash flow while aligning teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership with Internet & Software clients in the Americas.
• Strong pricing strategy, margin optimization and risk management.
• Ability to interpret client priorities and develop investment plans.
• Proven leadership across complex global organizations and cross-geography alignment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation for senior client engagement.
• Experience growing client relationships and mentoring Portfolio Managers.
• Exceptional relationship building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Sector Executive Americas to drive the Portfolio strategy.
• Assist Client Portfolio Managers in executing sector strategy with Tier 3 client accounts.
• Help develop annual Client business plans with Account Leaders and Teams.
• Attend events to strengthen Arcadis brand and market presence.
• Present Arcadis as thought leaders to clients within the Portfolio.
• Support stakeholders to achieve Client/Portfolio financial targets (NOI, NR, cash, margin).
• Mentor Client Portfolio Managers and Account Leaders in portfolio strategy and people management.
• Develop account management capability and identify career pathways across teams.
