Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Massachusetts to manage overall client relationships, advise on coverage and risk management, and ensure insurance programs align with client goals.

You will stay current on industry trends and product options while coordinating with carriers and internal teams. The role emphasizes strategic plan development, renewals, and accurate documentation, with a focus on high client retention and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty required and maintained.
• High School diploma or equivalent, 4-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of account management in personal lines.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, guiding coverage changes and contract requirements.
• Develop strategic insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Act as field underwriter and carrier representative to bind coverage.
• Manage renewals and drive high client retention.
• Prepare client proposals, submissions, and risk analyses with timely quotations.
• Produce binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements as needed.
• Assist with claims by coordinating with adjusters and carriers.
