Responsibilities include developing tailored insurance plans, handling renewals and proposals, and coordinating with carriers to bind coverage. A high level of analytical ability and communication skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years account management experience in the insurance industry, focused on commercial lines.
• Property and Casualty License required; state of domicile license preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact, guiding coverage changes and policy discussions.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and strategic risk management solutions.
• Act as field underwriter and carrier representative to assess and bind coverage.
• Manage renewals, proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses.
• Prepare binders, certificates, endorsements, and related documents.
• Assist with claims support and audit/discrepancy communications.
