Job summary

Relation Insurance Services Select, Inc. seeks an Account Manager to oversee end-to-end client relationships, advising on coverage and risk management.

You will tailor insurance plans and liaise with carriers to bind coverage, drive renewals, and prepare detailed proposals for clients. Ideal candidates hold a Property & Casualty license, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and 5+ years of account management experience in personal lines.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License required and must be maintained.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in personal lines of insurance.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus in some locations.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, guiding on coverage changes and policy requirements.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and bind coverage with carriers.
• Prepare client proposals, submissions, loss evaluations, and risk analyses for quotations.
• Manage renewals and remarketing to retain accounts.
• Assist clients with claims coordination and billing options.
