Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to maintain client relationships and advise on coverage and risk management in personal lines. The role includes renewals, proposals, and coordinating with carriers to bind coverage.

The ideal candidate has a Property and Casualty license, 5+ years of account management in insurance, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Some travel and MS Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License from the state of domicile is required and should be maintained.
• Minimum 5 years of account management experience in the insurance industry with focus on personal lines.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus or must in some locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact, advising on coverage changes and contract requirements.
• Develop strategic insurance plans tailored to client needs and renewals.
• Act as field underwriter and binding authority with carriers as appropriate.
• Manage renewals, proposals, loss evaluations and risk analyses.
• Prepare binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other documents.
