Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. seeks an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships in personal lines, advising on coverage and risk management. You will bind coverage, develop tailored plans, and support renewals while maintaining strong client service standards.

The role requires a P&C license, a minimum 5 years in insurance account management, and strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills. Travel to client sites is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• P&C license required and must be maintained.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in insurance, personal lines focus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients, guiding on coverage changes and policy requirements.
• Develop insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Act as field underwriter/authorized representative to bind coverage.
• Manage renewals and client retention strategies.
• Prepare client proposals, submissions, and risk analyses with quotations.
