Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee client relationships, provide strategic guidance on coverage and risk management, and align insurance programs with clients' long-term goals. The role emphasizes staying informed about market changes and leveraging technology to deliver service excellence.

Ideal candidates will have a Property and Casualty license, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License required or to be obtained
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus in some locations
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, addressing inquiries and guiding on coverage changes and contractual requirements
• Prepare client proposals, loss evaluations, risk analyses, and timely quotations and policies
• Coordinate with carriers, adjusters, and claims team to expedite settlements
• Educate clients on policy exclusions and exposures and recommend appropriate coverage
• Travel to client sites as needed and maintain client relationships
