Goosehead Insurance is seeking an Account Executive to build a robust book of business in the U.S. market. You will prospect, partner with real estate and mortgage professionals, and tailor insurance solutions from a broad carrier portfolio.

Training, licensing support, and a structured path to leadership are provided. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and a one-time launch bonus, with training on Salesforce and sales process management.

Qualifications

• Passing the state licensing exam is required and must be completed after hire.
• State license must be obtained to perform duties.
• No previous experience required, comprehensive training provided.
• Apprenticeship path to business ownership is available.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Understand clients' insurance needs, compare options across a large carrier portfolio, and propose tailored solutions.
