Goosehead Insurance, an agency partner, is seeking an Account Executive to grow a personal book of business. You will prospect and establish referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals while delivering tailored insurance solutions from a broad carrier portfolio.

Focused on new business revenue, you will undergo extensive training in Salesforce, sales processes, and business development to drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with drive and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and referral partner relationships with real estate and mortgage professionals.
• Understand clients’ insurance needs and present options from a large carrier portfolio to provide tailored solutions.
• Drive new business revenue monthly for the agency partner.
