RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. This role sells RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication to customers in an assigned territory.

You will conduct market research, make cold calls, and schedule intro meetings. Sales activities may be solo or with another representative, and you will maintain CRM records while developing forecasts and sales strategies.

Competenze

• Experience promoting packaging and supply chain solutions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with other departments.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and workload.

Mansioni

• Market and company research to identify potential clients and points of contact.
• Cold calling and scheduling intro meetings (virtual or phone-based).
• Sales activities conducted alone or with another representative.
• Develop strategy, present to clients, and respond to RFPs or RFIs.
• Transfer client knowledge to Sales or Client Services teams.
• Record all touchpoints in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry insights.
