Job summary

RRD in San Antonio, TX is seeking a sales professional to sell RRD products and solutions via phone and electronic communication within an assigned territory. You will conduct market research, cold calling, and schedule virtual/phone meetings to advance opportunities.

You will develop strategy, present proposals, respond to RFPs, and maintain CRM records while staying current on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting packaging, labels, and supply chain solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively across departments.
• Strong organizational skills with deadlines and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and points of contact through market research.
• Conduct cold calling and schedule virtual or phone meetings.
• Present product solutions in client meetings (virtual or onsite).
• Respond to RFPs, bids, and information requests.
• Transfer account knowledge to other team members as needed.
• Record all touchpoints in the CRM system.
• Keep product knowledge and industry insights up to date.
• Analyze accounts to forecast sales strategy.
