Job summary

RRD is seeking a sales-oriented professional to promote packaging, labels, and supply chain solutions via phone and electronic communication within an assigned territory. You will conduct market research, cold calls, and virtual or onsite presentations to drive new business opportunities.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with Google Suite and CRM tools, and the ability to collaborate across departments to develop strategies and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Experience promoting all sort of packaging, labels, and supply chain solutions is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with other individuals and departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and make adjustments to meet business needs.
• Associate Degree with 2 years of Inside or Enterprise Solution Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market and company research to identify potential clients and points of contact.
• Cold Calling Activities and scheduling virtual/phone-based introduction meetings.
• Sales Activities conducted individually or with another RRD Sales Representative.
• Develop strategy, present to clients, respond to RFIs, and transfer knowledge to teams.
• Record all touchpoints in the CRM system and stay up to date on product knowledge and industry insights.
• Analyze and filter data on accounts to build forecasts and sales strategy.
