Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role within software solutions sales.
• Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors' preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience with a CRM
• Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the designated customer base; maximize margins and drive value-added solution selling.
• Develop and manage customer strategy within the assigned account territory; sell and promote Solutions Selling.
• Oversee ongoing Sales Support activities for the order-to-invoice process; own backend Quality processes and Credit & Financial information coordination.
• Set strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources, manage quotations, negotiate pricing and inform customers of price increases.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable pay tied to sales goals.
