Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Citrix Hunter) to drive new business across the Denver region. You will build targeted territory plans, engage executive-level IT and business stakeholders, and lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

Travel to Arrow offices may be required; remote-friendly within the US. Role includes quota attainment, collaboration with vendor teams, and leveraging Salesforce/Salesloft to track pipeline and performance.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree and 5+ years related experience or advanced degree with experience.
• Proven hunter with track record of net-new opportunities and quotas.
• Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
• Ability to communicate value to executive stakeholders.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and qualification skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers in assigned territories.
• Develop territory/account plans to create pipeline and new business.
• Build executive relationships with IT and business decision-makers.
• Drive full sales cycle from outreach to close with internal teams.
• Collaborate on campaigns and convert demand into opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunities, and activities in Salesforce.
• Provide leadership updates on territory performance and strategy.
• Promote Arrow value-added services and lifecycle management.
