Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks an Inside Sales Representative for Citrix to manage the overall account relationship, drive value-added solutions, and coordinate with vendor and customers to foster long-term partnerships.

You will develop and execute sales strategy, oversee quote processes, negotiate pricing, and drive OTE through sales goals. This hybrid/remote role requires SaaS familiarity, strong communication, and CRM experience in a fast-paced tech environment at Arrow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role within software solutions sales.
• Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors' preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience with a CRM
• Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship with strategic service and support to designated customer base.
• Develop and manage customer strategy within the assigned account territory.
• Own the customer interface for backend Quality processes: corrective actions and field Quality Reports.
• Set a strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources, and negotiate pricing.
• Participate in sales compensation plans with variable OTE.
