Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales organizations and delivering revenue growth.
• Strong forecasting, analytical, and operational management capabilities.
• Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in B2B enterprise sales, with preference for Citrix or adjacent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned to company objectives and market opportunities.
• Set sales targets and quotas, and deliver accurate annual and quarterly revenue forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze KPI's including pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle.
• Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and teams to achieve performance objectives.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value, strategic deals.
• Maintain deep understanding of Citrix solutions, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to align go-to-market strategies.
• Provide regular data-driven insights on sales performance and market trends.
