Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive new business in the Citrix space and related Arrow solutions. You will build territory plans, develop executive relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting, collaboration with partners, and accurate sales forecasting within a hybrid Colorado-based office environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Ability to communicate value to executive decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity qualification skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire net-new customers within assigned territories through strategic outbound prospecting, account-based selling, and lead generation activities.
• Build and execute territory and account plans focused on creating pipeline and driving new business opportunities for Citrix and related Arrow solutions.
• Develop executive-level relationships with IT, infrastructure, cloud, security, and networking decision-makers to uncover business challenges and position value-based solutions.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through proposal development, negotiations, and close, working closely with vendor partners, technical resources, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, and vendor teams to execute targeted campaigns, follow up on assigned leads, and convert demand generation activities into qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and activity tracking within Salesforce.com and other Arrow sales systems.
