You will collaborate with internal and external resources to deliver exceptional customer service, quote management, and on-time order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes Solutions Selling, understanding the competitive landscape, and building long-term partnerships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales role within software solutions sales.
• Knowledge or familiarity with selling SaaS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Cloud Software Group, Citrix, and/or competitors' preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills and capacity to upsell & cross-sell.
• Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships with clients and partners.
• Experience with a CRM
• Self-motivated with a hardworking and constant proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship by providing strategic service and support to the designated customer base. Maximize margins, increase market share, and drive value-added solution selling.
• Develop and manage customer strategy within the assigned account territory and promote Solutions Selling in alignment with the approved account-level strategy.
• Oversee order-to-invoice processes and coordinate all available resources and support functions, including backend Quality and Credit/Financial information.
• Set the strategy for the quote process, coordinate resources, and manage customer quotations, pricing, and discounts.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to sales goals as set by Arrow.
