You will help develop a market plan for local clients, update monthly sales metrics, and support lead-to-opportunity creation. A degree or equivalent experience is required, and CRM proficiency plus strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical or business discipline or 2-4 years inside sales experience.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with Sales Leadership.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Verify project-specific details, utilizing diverse data sources, and identify potential customers.
• Reach potential clients through cold calling and emails.
• Assist in developing a market plan for local customers and update monthly sales report metrics.
• Support lead-to-opportunity creation for local customers.
• Conduct research to stay informed about market trends, new projects, and emerging markets.
• Use CRM platforms to track customer interactions and manage pipelines.
• Distribute leads to Branch Managers and Sales Reps.
• Utilize databases to conduct project and customer research.
• Address client needs with strong problem-solving and tailored solutions.
