Job summary

BrandSafway in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking a results-oriented inside sales professional to verify project details, identify potential customers, and reach them through cold calls and emails.

You will help develop a market plan for local clients, update monthly sales metrics, and support lead-to-opportunity creation. A degree or equivalent experience is required, and CRM proficiency plus strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a technical or business-related discipline is preferred, or 2-4 year professional inside sales experience in lieu of professional degree.
• Keen interest in market analysis, with a curiosity for understanding industry trends and dynamics.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating under the supervision of Sales Leadership Team.
• Eagerness to learn about business development strategies and contribute to their implementation.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be comfortable with prospecting and conducting customer outreach to engage new customers and encourage effective client engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
