Job summary

Edge, a division of NEFCO Construction Supply, is a B2B distributor serving contractors, industrial businesses, municipalities, and government entities. This Inside Sales role handles quote and order processing from customers via phone, email, fax, and website ordering, contributing to regional and national accounts.

You will work with outside sales, perform pricing, product availability, and order entry in the ERP, aim to meet sales and gross profit goals, and maintain vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to obtain medical DOT card for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, product availability, and orders for key accounts.
• Generate new business and maintain customer/vendor relationships by phone and visits.
• Meet or exceed sales and gross profit goals as a team.
• Input orders into the sales order system promptly and schedule accordingly.
• Maintain product catalogs and stay current with vendor platforms and training.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
