Job summary

Edge, a division of NEFCO Construction Supply, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to manage quotes and orders for NEFCO customers. The role emphasizes fast-paced client interactions, accuracy, and strong product knowledge across tools and materials.

You will build new business, maintain customer relationships, and collaborate with sales and operations to meet revenue and gross profit targets on a regional level.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with NEFCO ERP, Eclipse, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Degree preferred; industry experience considered.
• 1–2 years of work experience (preferably in construction supply sales).
• Ability to obtain medical DOT card for occasional deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, product availability, and orders.
• Generate new business and maintain customer/vendor relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales and gross profit goals.
• Sell and service customers with pricing and product application information.
• Input orders into the sales system and schedule orders.
• Source materials not in stock through purchasing.
• Communicate with internal teams and attend weekly sales meetings.
