Job summary

Hewlett Packard Co. in Rio Rancho, NM, is seeking an Inside Supplies Account Manager to drive growth in the Supplies business.

You will engage with clients and partners, align solutions with business goals, and manage outbound sales conversations and consultative selling to close deals. You will collaborate with Channel Partners and HP Supplies PBMs, own forecasting, maintain CRM records, and develop opportunities within existing accounts while pursuing new ones.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience.
• Experience collaborating with external teams is a plus.
• Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales activities independently, moving opportunities through the pipeline.
• Collaborate with Partner Sales Representatives, coordinating account activities.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through transactional selling and consultative approaches.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records (e.g., Dynamics).
• Lead market penetration campaigns and provide regular sales updates.
