HP Rio Rancho seeks a Medium Business Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of inside sales professionals, drive end-to-end account strategies and hit revenue and margin targets. You will coach, recruit, and develop iAEs, align with channel partners, and coordinate with support teams for a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in inside sales or tele-sales environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
• Familiarity with sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 10–15 iAEs, coaching and supporting development to drive sales performance.
• Develop targeted business plans and achieve revenue and margin goals.
• Forecast the business biweekly thru funnel conversion and quotas.
• Maintain opportunity identification, qualification and management strategies.
• Retain customers while pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities for PC++.
• Build relationships with channel teams to enable alliances for implementation.
• Coordinate with customer support to ensure a seamless experience.
• Recruit, onboard, and train inside sales resources for skill development.
• Define and track KPI to measure team success and productivity.
• Leverage CRM systems and tools to streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance in pricing, contracts and customer interactions.
