Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage key customer accounts and sell Arrow's line card of passive, electromechanical and connector products. You will be the daily contact for customers and suppliers, driving value-added solutions and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating quotes, orders, delivery, and engineering support, while overseeing the order-to-invoice process and maintaining POI and inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of electronics distribution experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLookup, Macros).
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and general IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships to maximize margins and market share.
• Coordinate quoting, order fulfilment, delivery, and engineering support.
• Act as liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Develop customer strategy and drive sales within approved account territory.
• Lead the quote process, negotiate pricing and markup, and inform customers of price changes.
