Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow relationships with customers and suppliers while selling Arrow’s line card of passive, electromechanical and connector products.

You will manage accounts, drive margin, coordinate quotes and orders, and partner with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and excellent service in a hybrid work setting. The role requires 1–2 years in electronics distribution, strong MS Office and Excel skills, and proven sales,

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of electronics distribution experience; passive electronics sales preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel skills (VLookup, Macros) a plus.
• Ability to build influential relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall account relationships to maximize margins and market share.
• Provide customer service, quotes, fulfill demand, ensure on-time delivery, and offer engineering support.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Drive Sales Excellence by developing customer strategy in assigned territory.
• Own quote-to-order process, pricing strategy, and coordination of resources for quotations.
