Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in San Jose to manage the end-to-end customer relationship and drive value-added solutions. You will coordinate quotes, fulfill orders, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting engineering needs for a broad line card.

You will work with internal and external resources to maximize margins, build long-term partnerships, and own the quote-to-order process. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong inside sales and customer support experience.
• Experience in distribution, preferably electronic components.
• Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Macros) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall account relationship with strategic service and support.
• Coordinate quotes, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, and engineering support.
• Serve as liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term partnerships.
• Drive sales excellence through customer strategy and quote-to-order processes.
• Oversee credit and financial information and coordinate resources.
