Job summary

Würth Industry North America is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to act as the internal first line contact for assigned customer accounts and support the end-to-end sales cycle. You will handle data analysis, quotes, expediting, and quality assurance while collaborating with the Sales team to retain accounts and drive profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years of customer service/inside sales experience, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED accepted.
• 3–5 years inside sales or customer service experience required.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and PowerPoint; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPI targets and represent the company professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales to retain accounts and resolve order issues.
• Data entry, quote support, and CRM/data management tasks.
• Manage customer master data and process quotes.
• Upsell products and services during promotions.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve customer issues.
