Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage strategic account relationships and drive value-added solution selling. You will coordinate quotes, fulfillment, delivery, engineering support and issue resolution, acting as the liaison between suppliers and customers to foster long-term partnerships.

The role emphasizes developing customer strategies, managing Order to Invoice processes, and owning pricing and quote execution.

Qualificações

• 4 year degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in Sales or Supply Chain Management.
• Customer Service Experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the account relationship to maximize margins and drive value-added solution selling, coordinating internal and external resources for quotes, fulfillment, delivery, engineering support and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage customer strategy in the assigned territory, including supply chain engagements such as MRP Share and CARES, and pursue opportunities with Synergistic products and pricing strategy.
• Support the Order to Invoice process and own the customer interface for backend Quality processes, corrective actions, Field Quality Reports, and credit/financial coordination.
• Own the Quote to Order process: set quote strategy, coordinate resources, validate price changes, and communicate price increases to customers.
• Participate in a sales compensation plan with a portion of OTE variable based on sales goals.
