Arrow Electronics is seeking an Inside Sales Representative II to drive value-added solutions for the Southern Ohio market. You will manage customer relationships, develop strategy, and collaborate with Arrow Advantage teams to maximize margins and expand market share.

The role emphasizes sales excellence, qualification of leads, and effective use of Excel in daily workflows. Remote work with training sessions is expected as part of a full-time sales career.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience required with strong sales mindset.
• Experience in technology or electronics is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall account relationships and maximize margins.
• Develop and manage customer strategy within assigned territory.
• Sell and drive Solutions Selling within account plans.
• Qualify potential customers and route to appropriate buckets.
• Coordinate with Arrow Advantage teams for referrals.
• Maintain account data accuracy and drive reviews.
