Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to provide a high level of service.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to identify sales opportunities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate quotes and configurations per policies.
• Document sales orders, quotes, and customer communications.
• Interpret customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Generate new business through outbound calls and follow-up on leads.
• Close sales opportunities from inbound and outbound efforts.
• Submit timely call reports and track sales activities.
• Prepare sales reports by analyzing data and trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
