Job summary

Industrial Metal Supply Co. is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Supervisor to lead a productive branch team and drive profitable revenue growth.

You will support the Regional Inside Sales Manager with reporting, training, and day-to-day leadership to ensure high service levels and pricing integrity. The role emphasizes strategic planning, team development, collaboration with sales and operations, and maintaining accurate reports while handling customer inquiries and quotes to boost market

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong sales, leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze product data and develop recommendations.
• Excellent planning, organization and project management.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the branch’s strategic planning efforts.
• Ensure service quality by meeting login time requirements and effective handling of calls.
• Maintain and update reports (Old SO Report, Dispute Report) and assist with quotes and customer concerns.
• Identify business opportunities and threats based on market/product trends.
• Recruit, orient, schedule and develop a high-caliber sales team.
• Collaborate with inside/outside sales to generate and qualify leads.
• Provide pricing guidance and day-to-day direction to ISR on pricing and servicing.
• Review orders for pricing accuracy and quotes; approve returns per criteria.
• Ensure timely, accurate order processing and customer service.
