Mid-South Metals is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to join our Inside Sales Team. You will work directly with Business Partners and coordinate with our inside sales and operations teams to keep quotes and orders moving.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to handle several priorities while communicating clearly and following through. Metal or manufacturing experience is helpful, but training is available for the right attitude.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or equivalent experience in industrial sales, customer service, manufacturing, or related field.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Able to manage multiple quotes, orders, and follow-ups without losing detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated, team player with problem-solving mindset.
• Metal/industrial distribution experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with Business Partners and internal teams.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on open quotes, keep customers informed.
• Review order details for accuracy and enter data into company systems.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, CAD, and other departments to keep orders moving.
• Follow up on order status, lead times, and customer questions.
• Identify opportunities to grow business with existing accounts and develop new business.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain accurate account, quote, and order records.
