Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will coordinate complex deployments, GTM rollouts, and executive communications to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes building operational dashboards with BI tools, supporting APX CSAs, and elevating process efficiency in a fast-paced enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management/business operations experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations.
• Domain knowledge in mobile video / fixed video / mission-critical comms is a plus.
• Proficiency with enterprise project management, BI, and CRM tools (Planview, Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Tableau).
• Experience driving GTM rollouts and executive status reporting.
• Ability to turn data into actionable stakeholder reports.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs to streamline customer-facing processes and resolve escalations.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track project health and metrics (Tableau, Jira, Salesforce).
• Manage structured weekly status updates, risk assessments and executive summaries.
• Facilitate ecosystem deployment improvements with delivery teams.
• Orchestrate GTM rollouts with cross-functional leadership.
• Scale internal processes to remove bottlenecks and enable growth.
