Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile and Fixed Video, APX mission-critical communications, and related operations. You will bridge strategy and execution, build scalable workflows, and deliver executive dashboards to leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar field, experience with GTM rollouts and complex deployments, and strong data-driven decision skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, business operations, or a similar cross-functional execution role within a large enterprise or complex tech/hardware environment.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing resolution, order tracking).
• Direct exposure to mobile video, fixed video surveillance, or mission-critical communications; familiarity with enterprise PM, BI, and CRM tools and building dashboards.
• Track record of managing GTM rollouts and technical implementations, with regular executive status communications.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data to drive decisions and measure project success.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required for this position.
• Active PMP/CSM/Six Sigma certification required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Bridge strategy and execution; design scalable internal workflows and dashboards for leadership and customers.
• Partner with APX CSAs to streamline customer-facing processes and resolve escalations.
• Maintain weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for deployments and GTM rollouts.
