Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX. You will bridge strategy and execution, orchestrate GTM rollouts, and build scalable internal workflows while collaborating with APX CSAs to resolve operational friction points.

The role emphasizes dashboards, executive communications, and ongoing process improvements within a large enterprise technology environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management, business operations, or cross-functional execution in a large enterprise or complex tech/hardware environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting customer-facing teams or managing operational escalations (invoicing, billing resolution, or order tracking).
• Direct exposure to mobile video, fixed video surveillance, or mission-critical communications (APX P25 radios).
• Proficiency with enterprise PM, BI, and CRM tools (Planview, Jira, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Tableau); dashboards experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives linking Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and handle escalations including billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau, Jira, or Salesforce to track project health and metrics.
• Provide weekly status updates and executive summaries to leadership.
• Improve deployments for mobile/video and APX ecosystems with delivery teams.
• Plan, track, and execute GTM rollouts with cross-functional leaders.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable internal processes.
