Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Texas is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will partner with APX CSAs to resolve operational friction, build dashboards in Tableau/Jira/Salesforce, and manage GTM rollouts. Travel up to 25%.

The role demands a Bachelor's or Master's degree and PMP/CSM/Six Sigma certifications, with 3–5 years of experience in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of proven project management or business operations experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience supporting customer-facing teams or escalations (invoicing, billing).
• Domain knowledge of mobile/video or mission-critical communications is a plus.
• Proficiency with BI and CRM tools for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to streamline customer-facing processes and resolve escalations.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, or Salesforce.
• Deliver weekly status updates, risk assessments and executive summaries to leadership.
• Drive GTM rollouts and orchestrate scalable internal processes for growth.
• Travel up to 25% as required for this position.
