Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations, enhancing mobile/video deployments for APX and related offerings.

You'll design dashboards, deliver weekly executive updates, and partner with APX CSAs to resolve escalations while advancing go-to-market initiatives. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree; PMP/CSM/Six Sigma preferred.
• 3–5 years in project management or cross-functional operations.
• Experience supporting public safety, enterprise security, or similar teams.
• Hands-on with dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Ability to design scalable internal processes and workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Partner with APX Customer Support Advocates to resolve escalations.
• Design and maintain dynamic dashboards to track project health.
• Provide weekly status updates and executive summaries to leadership.
• Improve deployments of mobile/video ecosystems with delivery teams.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks and design scalable processes.
