Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional programs across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will bridge strategy and execution, lead GTM rollouts, and shape scalable internal workflows with APX Customer Support Advocates.

Qualifications

• Active PMP or CSM or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in professional services for public safety or enterprise security operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a large enterprise.
• Ability to build executive dashboards and perform data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of GTM rollouts and complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Partner with APX CSAs to resolve billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery issues.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce to track project health and metrics.
• Deliver weekly status updates and executive summaries to leadership.
• Facilitate ecosystem deployment improvements in collaboration with customer-facing delivery teams.
• Orchestrate GTM rollouts and plan for successful product launches.
• Scale internal processes to support enterprise growth.
