Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager in Maryland to drive cross-functional initiatives across Mobile Video, Fixed Video, and APX ecosystems. You will bridge strategy and execution, resolving escalations and delivering weekly leadership updates while shaping scalable internal workflows.

The role emphasizes GTM rollouts, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• PMP or CSM or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Experience in project management, business operations, or similar cross-functional roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional initiatives connecting Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Coordinate GTM rollouts and complex implementations.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards to track project health and metrics.
• Provide weekly status updates and risk assessments to leadership.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive scalable improvements across deployments.
