Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations. You will partner with APX CSAs to resolve escalations, build dynamic dashboards, and deliver weekly leadership updates.

You will lead GTM rollout planning, streamline complex deployments for mobile and fixed video ecosystems, and scale internal processes to support enterprise growth while traveling up to 25% as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or higher, plus PMP or CSM or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience in professional services for Public Safety, Law Enforcement, or Enterprise Security.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations.
• Support APX CSAs and resolve complex billing, invoicing and service issues.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards using Tableau, Jira, Salesforce or Planview.
• Establish cadence for weekly status updates and executive summaries.
• Improve deployments for mobile/fixed video and APX ecosystem with delivery teams.
• Plan, track and execute GTM rollouts with cross-functional leaders.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable internal processes.
