Motorola Solutions seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will bridge strategy and execution—leading efforts to streamline deployments and deliver weekly status updates to leadership.

You will design and maintain dashboards, manage GTM rollouts, and partner with APX Customer Support Advocates to resolve escalations while shaping scalable internal workflows for enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of project management or cross-functional experience.
• PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certification is required.
• Experience with public safety or enterprise security operations is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Drive Cross-Functional Initiatives: Lead the end-to-end project management of critical Business Operations initiatives, acting as the central hub connecting Services, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Support APX CSAs & Operational Escalations: Partner with APX Customer Support Advocates to streamline customer-facing operational processes, stepping in to resolve complex billing, invoicing, licensing, and service delivery issues.
• Design, construct, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Jira, or Salesforce to track project health, operational throughput, and ecosystem metrics.
• Manage Stakeholder Communications: Establish a structured cadence for distributing comprehensive weekly status updates, risk assessments, and executive summaries to leadership.
• Facilitate Ecosystem Deployment Improvements: Drive continuous improvement initiatives for complex mobile video, fixed video, and APX ecosystem deployments in partnership with customer-facing delivery teams.
• Analyze existing business workflows to identify bottlenecks and friction points, designing and deploying scalable, efficient internal processes that support enterprise growth.
