Job summary

Claddagh Resources seeks a Business Relationship Manager for Diversified Machinery. Location: Allentown, PA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; or Cleveland, OH.

You will own and grow relationships with large industrial customers, leading engineering services across product engineering, manufacturing transformation, IoT and PLM. You will drive pipeline, shape proposals with delivery teams, and collaborate with regional sales to win new logos.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in large client relationships in the US.
• Domain experience in heavy engineering, construction equipment, or industrial machinery.
• Track record of selling and growing engineering services, IoT or PLM.
• Must be authorised to work in the US; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Own a large industrial customer relationship, including account P&L and reviews.
• Drive pipeline and close opportunities across product engineering and IoT.
• Partner with regional sales to acquire new logos.
• Shape proposals with delivery and solution teams.
• Build awareness through trade shows, client workshops and thought leadership.
