Cadreforce is seeking a Business Relationship Manager for Diversified Machinery in Allentown, PA. You will own a large client relationship, drive commercial outcomes, and collaborate with delivery teams to expand the service footprint across mechanical, electronic, and software engineering.

You will lead pipeline development, shape proposals, engage senior stakeholders, and position IoT and digital engineering services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering, or Master's in Engineering / MBA with 13+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of large account management experience.
• Proven US-focused client relationship management in diversified machinery.

Responsabilités

• Lead, sell and manage engineering, manufacturing and IoT solutions and services across diversified machinery clients.
• Drive pipeline development and manage sales cycles to closure for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with regional sales teams to acquire new logos for IoT & DE business.
• Provide domain expertise to shape solutions, proposals and value articulation.
• Conduct market analysis and lead business planning and strategic sales activities.
• Engage in events and thought leadership to raise marketplace awareness.
• Engage senior client executives and procurement to build long-term partnerships.
• Build and maintain account maps and go-to-market plans with leadership.
• Monitor account performance and support expansion of service footprint.
• Represent the company at industry events and client engagements.
